White Chocolate Brownies (WIP)

You'll need stand mixer for this but if you fall, you have to save the blizzard.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 400g melted white chocolate
  • 4 large egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 400 g all-purpose flour
  • 200 g or 2 cups dark chocolate chunks

Melt n Whisk
  • Melt the butter and white chocolate in the microwave or double boiler.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    • With a mixer: Set it on high speed for 6 mins.
    • By hand: Make dua and whisk for 15 mins.

    Note: Whisk until it turns light and fluffy. You can preheat the oven to 350°F now.

Mix
  • Mix in the melted ingredients then the flour until just blended.
  • Lightly fold in the chocolate chunks.

Bake
  • Put in preheated oven set to 350°F.
  • Smooth out the batter on to three greased 9x13in baking pans (or its equivalent).
  • Put the brownies on the top rack and bake for 20 mins or until you do the clean toothpick thing.
  • Broil at the end of bake for 30 secs.
  • Note: Careful, it gets dark quick.
  • Let cool for 30 mins before cutting.
